Terms of Service

When you place an order on our website your payment will be processed immediately. If a plant you ordered can’t be fulfilled, we’ll contact you and let you choose one of the following options:

• Notify you when the plant becomes available
• Substitute the plant
• Refund Order

Guarantee

We guarantee our plants are healthy, ready for planting, and correctly named. We are not able to guarantee whether a plant will grow in your garden as there are too many circumstances that are beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel an order a full refund minus 4% (the amount the credit card companies charge us even if the transaction is canceled and refunded) will be issued within 24 hours.
